The Placement “Lakshya” assists students choose their career options. At Dr IT Group, we have a ‘Lakshya’ of launching our passing out students into the ‘Real World’ by helping them to bag suitable and deserving placements. Our Placement Cell performs this pleasant task with zeal and acts as an inter-face between the institutes and industry. The Placement Cell has ensured that the aspirations of our future managers meet with the expectations of the corporate sector.
Ms. Poonam Sharma and Mr. Prabhjot Singh are presently providing technical support to the Cell. The ‘Lakshya’ has also been increasingly involved in ‘on-campus’ recruitment and has facilitated job placements for students in reputed organizations like Reliance Communications, Tata
Consultancy Services, HDFC Bank, Kotak Mahindra, Fullerton Securities, Future Group, HCL, Morepen, Dr ITM Limited.
Highlights Of Placement Cell
The Placement Cell conducts regular class-room training programmes on the topics related to the improvement of the students’ career prospects, communication skills, aptitude skills, and interview skills, in order to face interviews in different organizations and other competitions.
The Cell arranges campus interviews for the direct recruitment of the final year students. The Cell supports, encourages and guides the final year students to participate also in the off-Campus Interviews.
The Cell also organizes work-shops on both online and off line aptitude test programmes, group discussions, interview techniques (also mock interviews) to enable the students to practice the same and execute at their best during their final interviews in an organization.
The Cell has successfully placed 100% of the students from Dr IT Group of Institutes.
